Hi my name is Melissa and I’m fundraising for Change Mental Health in memory of my brothers and all the other people in our community who have lost the battle to mental health. There are just too many….and the devastation it leaves behind mostly goes unspoken off. It’s time for a change… mental health is in crisis in the highlands, too often we are loosing our sons, brothers, sisters and friends. Mental health awareness and support has never been more in need and I’m asking for help to support the charity we feel has truly made a difference in our area so that they may continue to send our love ones home..and support the people left behind.
