The McMaster Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Initiative is an officially recognized organization at McMaster University and an integrated network of academics and professionals in science, engineering, and related fields. Our mission is to support, celebrate, and advocate for female-identified and other equity-seeking groups in STEM, both within McMaster and in the surrounding community.

Through our Community Outreach efforts, we believe that empowerment extends beyond the university and into the community. This year, we are launching a fundraiser to support families in need in Hamilton. We will partner with community organizations to distribute women’s hygiene products and essential items to families facing hardship. We hope to provide much-needed resources and relief to those who need them most by working together.
