Hello!

We are the Carey family and we have been anxiously awaiting for our child to come in our lives. Adopting is expensive ($30,000+). And we are hoping to have a little help to lower the cost that we will need to take out in loans.

Who We Are:

Kalub and I (Paige) met in high school and started dating right after I had just turned 17. We graduated together and did long distance our first years of college. I eventually followed him to Western Washington University and lived there until I graduated with a degree in human services.

After college we moved back home to Seabeck and started our new jobs, got married, and built a house all in the same year. After adding another dog to our family, we decided we were ready to take on parenting. But after two years of of trying, 24 months of disappointment, and at least 100 negative pregnancy tests, all lead up to the heartbreak of infertility.

While I was being diagnosed with infertility Kalub said, “We knew we were going to have a baby, the way we are having our baby just changed. We are still going to have our baby”. So here we are asking for support in our adoption. Our adoption case worker said to prepare for our adoption to cost around a minimum of $30,000. We will be taking out adoption loans, but we would also appreciate any support willing to be given by family and friends. We can’t wait to find, meet, and love our baby
