Support Teresa’s Celebration of life

As some of you may know, my Mom (Teresa) was very recently diagnosed with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma, better known as Bile Duct Cancer. We are devastated and still in shock. On March 20th, she will bravely begin her first session of Chemotherapy to help shrink the tumor and hopefully lessen some of her symptoms.

Our family, and my Mom in particular, has felt so much love and support from our friends and family, and we cannot express our gratitude enough.

We had never thought of setting up a GoFundMe, nor did we ever intend to set an account up. However, as friends and family have reached out in the past few weeks wanting to help support us with donations and searching for a place to donate financially, my Mom and I decided to create this GoFundMe. With any financial support given, we will be aiming to cover my Mom’s known insurance out-of-pocket expenses, but we do know there will be many unforeseen events on this journey in her health. If you choose to support our family financially, here is the place, though it is not expected or asked of you. That being said, we appreciate ANY and all types of support such as a visit at the house, spending time with us, sending a kind text, or making a quick phone call, etc. Thank you again for loving, supporting, caring, and thinking about my family, but most importantly, my Mom and best friend.
