Please help support my family through this tough and trying times. My parents have resided in their home for 34 years, renting the entire time. As of May 1st, 2022 they are forced to move and find a new home due to the building be sold.

My parents are 60+ years old with limited income and no credit. Due to unforeseen circumstances they have been granted full custody/ guardianship of their 3 grandchildren, ages 9, 6 and 4 years old respectively. They have been caring and providing for their grandchildren for the past 9 years.

We are currently looking for their next home. Somewhere that the kids can grow up in. I am able to support with being approved for a mortgage but we fall short with having enough for a down payment/ closing costs.

We never imagined we would be in this current situation. Any and all support for my family would be very much appreciated and be used to find their next home!
