In Columbus, Ohio, hundreds of young people face the daily reality of homelessness without the stability, safety, and support every person deserves. Star House exists to change that. They provide unhoused youth not just with shelter, but with opportunities for education, employment, healthcare, and emotional support, helping them build a future filled with hope and possibility.
COhatch is partnering with Star House, local businesses, and volunteers to take that mission even further. Together, we are renovating 62 apartments at Carol Stewart Village, transforming them into safe, welcoming homes for youth who have nowhere else to go.
This isn’t just about housing it’s about dignity, stability, and belonging. It’s about giving young people a place where they can feel secure, heal, and thrive. A place that isn’t just four walls, but a true home.
By supporting this project, you’re helping us provide more than shelter. You’re helping us create space for second chances, brighter futures, and lasting community.
