Bring Erriel back home

I started the overdue petition for custody of my daughter Erriel who went on a visit to her mother in Louisiana this past Summer and has not been allowed to return. This goes directly against the agreement her mother and I have had for several years now, that our daughter live with me for her middle school years. Erriel told me several times to try my best to get her back because she wants to return but I couldn't afford the lawyer fees needed to pursue this properly. I'm proceeding asap because in January, Louisiana will become her home state by law if she isn't back. At this point, I have no other option but to humbly ask for your help.
