60K for Momember 2025

$2,887 raised of
26 donations
Every hour, 60 men across the world lose their lives to suicide. That staggering number represents fathers, brothers, sons, and friends who are often struggling in silence.
On November 5th, my good friend Brock Vrana and I will run the entire length of Yonge Street, totalling 60 kilometres, in honor of those 60 men to raise funds and awareness for men’s mental health. The run will once again support the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation, an organization that provides essential mental health resources, counselling, and support services for men in need.
This effort is not about the distance. It is about continuing a conversation, breaking stigma, and reminding men that they are not alone.
Your support, whether through a donation, a share, or simply reaching out to someone you care about, can make a real difference. Every dollar raised goes directly to the Canadian Men’s Health Foundation to help men access the support they deserve.
If you cannot donate, please still take a moment to ask a friend, coworker, or family member, “How are you really doing?” One simple question can change or even save a life.
Together, we can raise awareness, bring hope, and support men everywhere
