My beautiful wife, Jo has has an awful year after discovering she had a brain tumour in January. She has a craniotomy to remove the tumour in May and subsequently had to endure a 30-day course of radiotherapy, which we hope will ensure it will not grow back.

Brainstrust were always on the end of the phone to listen and offer advice when Jo needed them, as they are for the 30 people who are told their have a brain tumour each day in the UK.

I am adding together the 2 30s mentioned here and will be running 60 miles in November to raise funds and support the work of this excellent charity.

I will post updates of each run, so you can track my progress.
