You may have heard of plans to build 55 houses at 6 Greenway Court, Wandana Heights.

Despite 91 objections, Council has approved a planning permit for this development.

Such concentrated housing is out of character with our neighbourhood.

A group of objectors is considering an appeal against the decision at the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

We have engaged a town planner to consider our grounds of appeal. If this expert believes we have solid grounds to appeal, then we will represent ourselves at VCAT, armed with this professional advice.
