Shouldn't a child disclosing their sexual abuse once be enough?! What about 10 times, over 2 years? The police, child welfare and the court systems have failed to protect this child and now we need the community to show up to save her. 

A 5 year old girl is in the legal fight of her life. The mom has an attorney willing to take the case pro-bono, as the mother is on food stamps and unable to work due to the pandemic.

They desperately need to raise $15,000 to be able to pay court fees, obtain transcripts, and hire expert witnesses to get custody away from the abusive father.

The next hearing is at the beginning of October, but the father still has unsupervised custody even though there is an open police investigation against him. 

My name is Courtney, and I am just doing this to help raise the money for the legal expenses. I am a degree of separation from the mom and the child to protect the child's identity. This money will be getting deposited to the lawyer in this case so she can have all the tools needed to protect this innocent young girl from more abuse. 

We have progressed forward enough to believe woman. It's time we start believing children.
