Helping Henry & His Family

If you know Henry, you know this already: he’s one of the good ones.

Henry was recently diagnosed with leukemia, and it’s been a lot for him, his fiancée Jo, and their two-year-old son Ben to process. Life changed fast, and the road ahead isn’t going to be easy.

Henry has spent years giving back to the community as a baseball coach at Lane Tech. He’s coached, trained, and mentored thousands of kids, and for so many of them, he’s been more than just a coach. He’s been someone who believed in them, pushed them, and showed up—day in and day out.

That’s just who Henry is. He’s always there for his friends. Always willing to help. Always putting others first.

Now it’s our turn to show up for him.

As Henry starts treatment, there will be medical bills, time away from work, and the everyday stress of supporting a young family during something no one is ever prepared for. This GoFundMe is to help take some of that weight off so Henry and Jo can focus on his health and on being there for Ben.
