Baby Aiden

Donation protected
October 26th I went in for my 6 month check up for Aiden. While my BP was being checked, it came back 172/110 and I was immediately sent to Florida Hospital Altamonte for further observation. Altamonte determines after keeping me overnight for one night, I needed a high risk OB for the rest of my pregnancy. I was taken via ambulance from Altamonte to Orlando. It was there I was told I had preeclampsia and Aiden had little to no fluid in his sac. The doctors decided to keep me admitted for the remainder of my pregnancy. 3 weeks came and went. The morning of 11/11/18, I was put on the monitor for my normal observation and Aiden’s heartrate kept dropping. I was on the monitor from 7:30am till 5:30pm. I was literally stuck in my bed all day watching my child’s heartrate dropped every other hour, scared to death for us both. The doctor finally decided enough was enough and Aiden needed to be delivered at 26 weeks, 5 days. I was taken to the OR for an emergency c-section. At 6:12pm, my baby boy was born. He was whisked away from me and immediately taken to the NICU. There’s so many different things that happened between 11/11/18 and 12/27/18 when he passed away, that I can’t even list them all. Aiden ultimately developed a terrible stomach infection he couldn’t fight off. Ryan and I had to make a choice NO PARENT should EVER have to make: we took our child off life support. Whatever you guys can donate, please know Ryan, myself and Aiden appreciate more than you know.
