We are organizing this gofund me on behalf of Hector hernandez and his family. Hector is a loyal member of his church, a long time employee at a local diner, the Daily Planet in Lagrangeville and a dedicated husband and father of 4.

Recently they received news no family should have to receive. His wife, Elisabeth Lazaro Gaspar, age 31 and 7 months pregnant with their daughter, received the diagnosis of stage 4 Gastric cancer. The best course of action was to deliver their baby girl, Francesca early and begin treatment on his wife. Thankfully the baby was born healthy. Elisabeth's prognosis however, is heartbreaking.

Hector is the primary and sole income for the family of 4. Two boys, 4 and 3 and a newborn girl. He must now take on the role for his wife as caregiver, continue to be sole financial provider and also be available to advocate for his wife's full time care.

This go fund me will afford him time to dedicate to his wife, who needs him now more than ever. It will buy him time he will never be able to get back to be there for his family during the most devastating time of their lives.
