Help Blake Beat Cancer

Hello! My name is Tim and I'm starting a fundraiser for my best friend of over twenty years, Blake Enos.

 On February 24th, Blake went to the emergency room with abdominal pain and was shockingly diagnosed with cancer. We now know that it is stage 4 high-grade B-cell lymphoma. This is an aggressive, fast-growing blood cancer and requires aggressive treatment. He just finished his first of six rounds of chemotherapy, and he's kicking cancer's butt and keeping a positive outlook on his recovery.

That said, Blake's medical expenses will not be fully covered by insurance, and he will be unable to work due to the physical nature of his job as a Land Steward. Financially, this could not come at a harder time since he just finished graduate school with a mountain of student debt, and just set the date for his wedding in the fall.

Ever since we were little, Blake has been the organized planner of our friend group, but this out-of-nowhere diagnosis has made it hard to map out the future. Blake has a challenging and uncertain path ahead, and he needs our help to fight through this difficult time.

I'm making this with hopes that Blake's community can come together and help him beat cancer. So Blake can get back to hiking, identifying plants, cooking elaborate meals, and spending quality time with Danielle. Blake and Danielle officially got married in the hospital last week, but I am launching this fundraiser, selfishly, so I can stand next to him when they have a wedding ceremony. So I can watch him start the rest of his full and adventurous life.
