Five Sisters Need a Lil' Mister
Donation protected
We are the Mullen's. We have 5 gorgeous little girls. Oh no, you read that right. FIVE. ALL GIRLS. We love our little angels. Lou is 11, going on 25. She is so responsible and good hearted. Teege is 9. She is the most amazing artist I have ever known. Also, she has an imagination that is Disney-worthy. Brookie Monster is a tank. The girl can play hockey and has just as many guy friends as girlfriends. CiCi is 4 and an old soul. She is cranky, sweet and wise beyond her years. Little Char is 2. This mop-headed strawberry blonde is the biggest clown, she has the whole family laughing literally every night. We have room for one more, and we are completing our family through adoption.
It costs about $30,000 (before travel) to adopt a baby internationally. You have court costs (in both countries), document fees, administrative fees, home studies, donation to the orphanage, as well as a million other fees. Overwhelming. But, our plan for fundraising is this: If we can get 1,000 people to donate only $30, we can bring a little baby out of an orphanage and into our home. That doesn’t sound so scary right? (Right???!!)
Mother Teresa said, “If you can’t feed one hundred, just feed one.” That is what we feel we are being called to do. Feed one. If you cannot adopt, but always felt that tug to help, help us feed one. If we all can rally together to change the life of one little baby halfway across the world, I’d call that a win, right? Thank you so much for reading our blog and donating to our cause. Keep checking back to see where we are in our goals and the adoption!
With much love,
