A few days after Christmas, Brandi Harris lost her husband, Alex Harris, quickly and unexpectedly.

He leaves behind Brandi, their two little girls, their two dogs, and a home full of memories they made together. Their world has been completely turned upside down, and they are now facing the unimaginable task of moving forward without him.

Brandi is one of the strongest women I know. She and Alex loved their family fiercely and would never ask for help. But the weight of this loss is now paired with overwhelming expenses and to-do’s, and the sudden loss of Alex has made the months ahead very uncertain. I want to take what I can off of Brandi’s plate. This fundraiser is about giving her and the girls some breathing room and one less thing to worry about while they grieve and begin to heal.
