Help our family get caught up

Hi, my name is Lena and I am having a real hard time trying to catch up on bills and stay afloat. A couple months back Zach my spouse has become ill he used to weigh 195 lbs and now has dropped down to 175 he can't walk properly so he has to use a cane he also cant talk right anymore, even eat very much or get up and move around and this is a man that is used to working a full time hard labor 40plus a week job . Without him able to function and work the doctors are unable to find what is wrong with him yet. He has been to three different hospitals and has had multiple mri's and catscans and still they cannot figure out why this is happening with more appointments ahead we are hopeful that they can fix him so he can get back to his weightlifting eating all day self working to provide for his family/ self. I am asking for help because I cannot seem to catch up on bills and zachs bills are just piling up that I cannot even pay such as his car payment. I am working multiple jobs and this had led me to be away from home more and Zach has does his best to watch our babies but it is very hard for him. Anything helps and if you cannot please share .
