Hi everyone, my name is Jimmy, and I am seeking help for myself for a couple of different reasons. I will try to make the story of why I need help short, but I am not promising anything.

The middle of last year up until now has been an uphill battle for me and my physical health as well as my mental health. I have and am currently working on both and am taking the necessary steps to keep myself healthy physically and mentally. My family and friends know that my Dad passed away in August, and that has been very hard on me.

The next part of my story is one that I have debated on sharing due to the fact that I am ashamed of it because I am not this type of person. I never have been and never will be. Here goes: on January 4, 2026, I was arrested for Harassment/Domestic Violence by my Ex-Wife/Daughter's Mom, and I spent a day and a half in jail. I know when people, and even myself, hear Domestic Violence, they believe that means Assault on an individual, which is not the case as I am not that type of person at all. If you know me, you know that I am not that type of person at all. That is something that when I was a child I witnessed, and I always promised myself I would not be that type of person. I am not going to go into all the details on this platform. If you are a friend or family member and would like to know more, please reach out to me and we can talk more about it.

I got out of jail on January 6, 2026, on a PR Bond at 7:30 pm and was so happy to be out of that hell hole. On January 7, 2026, at 12:30 am, as I was getting ready to go to bed, I felt a very sharp pain in my back and started to become nauseous, and all I was thinking was not again as I knew instantly I was having another heart attack. I called 911 and was instantly taken to the hospital, and a stent was placed in my right artery. I then spent two days in the hospital. My first heart attack was in 2022, and at that time, a stent was placed in my left artery. I am only 49 and have had two heart attacks already. Amazingly, there has been no damage done to my heart on both occasions.

I am asking for help for two different reasons. One being my vehicle has been having mechanical issues the last couple of months, and I had it looked at yesterday by an actual honest mechanic, and my vehicle needs a few things done to it to get it where it needs to be a safe, reliable vehicle. The mechanic quoted me $1,000 to get my vehicle fixed. The second reason is for attorney fees for my criminal case. Every lawyer I have spoken to has quoted me $5,000 to help me with my case. I am not asking for $5,000 as that is way too much for me to ask of anyone. Instead, I am asking for $2,500 to get the lawyers started, and I will figure out the rest with a payment plan or something.

For those that know me, know I hate asking for help from anyone and especially monetary help. I am at the end of my rope though and don't know what else to do. I guess you can say I am desperate. I am not proud of my criminal charges, and I am definitely not guilty of these charges. If found guilty, it would ruin my career. Most of my adult life, I have worked with both adults and children in the Criminal Justice Field. In about the last 8 years or so, I have solely worked with juveniles both in the foster care system and currently in a treatment home for teen boys. I love what I do and have committed my whole life to helping others. Being found guilty, I will not be able to work in this field moving forward.
