‍♀️ 5KM A Day in December Challenge!

This December, I'm setting myself a personal challenge: to jog, ski-erg, echo bike or run 5KM every single day. The idea is simple: to get active and keep moving during a busy month, but also to make that effort count for something truly important.

Having been to Zambia, Africa, twice, I have seen firsthand the incredible needs and know that even a small amount can make a life-changing difference.

Every pound raised will go directly to support children in Livingstone, Zambia. Whether it helps provide education, food, or shelter, the money will be put to immediate use on the ground.

My initial goal is a modest £100-£150 before Christmas, but any support is hugely welcome!
