I’m taking on a 5K every second day to raise vital funds for the KWWSPCA. Every time I hit the pavement, I’ll be highlighting a different local animal in need of a home—bringing you their pictures and stories with every update.

It all leads up to the ultimate survival test on September 19th: the grueling 12-Hour Hell & Back Endure Marathon.
