This Movember, I’m taking on a challenge that means a lot to me — running 5 kilometres every single day in November to raise awareness and funds for men’s health.
Why? Because too many men stay silent when they’re struggling. Whether it’s mental health, prostate cancer, or testicular cancer, the statistics are tough to ignore — and it’s time we start talking, moving, and acting.
I’ve experienced firsthand how important it is for men to reach out for help, to get checked, and to know they’re not alone. Movember isn’t just about growing a mustache (though I’ll be doing that too!) — it’s about taking action. For me, that action looks like lacing up my shoes every day, no matter the weather, or how tired I am, and running 5K to remind myself — and others — that consistency and small efforts can lead to big change.
Every kilometre I run represents the men we’ve lost too soon, the men still fighting, and the conversations we need to keep having.
Your donation — big or small — helps fund lifesaving research, mental health programs, and awareness campaigns that make a real difference.
If you can, please support my Movember challenge by donating, sharing, or even joining me for a run. Together, we can change the face of men’s health — one step (and one mustache) at a time.
Thank you for your support.
