November 150k for Jenson

As you may know our friend and team mate Jenson sadly, after a long battle with mental health, took his own life.

This is set up to raise as much money as we can to give Jens’ little girl the best trip away with his family. One that she will never forget.

I also hope to raise awareness for Mental health particularly in men. So even if you can’t donate please do share.

I have decided to run 5k everyday for the month of November totalling 150k and if you know me (or have seen a photo of me) this will be a massive challenge.
