5k a day for Carlow Special Olympics

Hi, my name is BJ Amond. My brother Killian is an athlete in Carlow Special Olympics club. I am going to walk 5k a day for the entire month of August to raise much needed funds for this great club.

The club provides sports and social activities to over 100 athletes. Sports include football, basketball, athletics, swimming and bowling.

All donations, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. All funds go directly to the club for all sports activities, including the highly anticipated Ireland games next summer.
