Eviction Prevention For Single Dad

My name is Azariah Thomas , I was recently released from the Air Force Reserves. I am currently raising my 3 year old son Achai by myself with the help of my sister and my mother but money is tied up nonetheless. I’ve fallen behind rent two months, but my leasing company is willing to wave late fees and legal fees to drop the total price for $2945.38 down to 1720.00. I have until Monday the 7th to make this payment and reverse the eviction. So that my son and I will have a place to stay for another couple months. I start my new job on Monday and Tomb Thumb / Albertsons as an order picker. So if I make it through this eviction maintaining the rent won’t be an issue. The reason for falling behind is simple , I’m a single father paying 800 a month for my child’s daycare , and 1000 a month for rent. And I was only making 12 dollars an hour with no car. Any kind of donation would help both my son and I.
