Nunca imaginé que estaría en una posición como esta, pero hoy me veo con la necesidad de pedir ayuda para mi familia en uno de los momentos más difíciles de nuestras vidas.
Mi esposo, Rafael Cabrices, fue recientemente detenido por ICE, y nuestra vida cambió de un momento a otro. Él no solo es mi compañero de vida, sino también un padre dedicado, un trabajador incansable y el corazón de nuestro hogar. Su ausencia ha dejado una carga emocional y financiera muy grande en nuestra familia.
Ahora enfrentamos un proceso legal complicado para luchar por su libertad y mantener a nuestra familia unida. Esto implica contratar a un abogado de inmigración con experiencia y posiblemente pagar una fianza, costos que son extremadamente altos y que no puedo cubrir sola.
Con mucha humildad, estoy pidiendo apoyo para ayudar a cubrir:
- Honorarios legales para su defensa
- Gastos de fianza
- Gastos básicos del hogar durante este tiempo

I never imagined I would be in a position like this, but today I find myself asking for help for my family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.
My husband, Rafa Cabrices, was recently detained by ICE, and our lives changed overnight. He is not only my partner in life, but also a devoted father, a hardworking provider, and the heart of our home. His absence has created a deep emotional and financial strain on our family.
We are now facing a complicated legal process to fight for his release and keep our family together. This requires hiring an experienced immigration attorney and possibly paying a bond, both of which come with extremely high costs that I cannot manage on my own.
With great humility, I am asking for support to help cover:
- Legal fees for his defense
- Bond/bail expenses
- Basic living expenses for our family during this time
