As a parent, this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share, but I’m reaching out because I have no other choice.

My child and I are currently homeless, sleeping in our car after going through a very difficult situation that forced us to leave our home. Walking away was not easy, but it was necessary to protect our well-being and start over. Since then, every day has been a struggle to figure out where we’ll go, how we’ll stay warm, and how I’ll provide even the most basic needs for my child.

The nights are the hardest. It gets extremely cold, and it’s honestly scary being out here alone with my child. I do my best to comfort them and make them feel safe, even when I’m feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what tomorrow will bring. Finding food has also been difficult, and I’m doing everything I can to stretch what little we have.

I’m trying to stay strong for them, because they deserve stability, warmth, and a safe place to call home. No child should have to go through this, and no parent wants to feel this helpless.

I’m asking for any support you can give. Donations will go directly toward securing safe housing, food, warm clothing, and basic necessities for my child and me. Even the smallest contribution or simply sharing our story means more than you know.
