A family in need

Hi, my name is Zoe and I’m setting this page for a family in need, for one of my dearest and loveliest friends, as she has been quietly and courageously fighting a rare mutation of Bowel Cancer since September 2021.

Due to the rare BRAF mutation, when sheeventually received this stage four diagnosis, Doctors were unsure how to treat her and she underwent a gruelling course of Chemotherapy.

With the added complications of Covid, she had to isolate frequently, meaning she’s not had the freedom to make memories when well enough, instead having to shield at home.

She’s a Mother of a beautiful girl, who has just turned two, and herself, not even 40, so I am desperately trying to raise. money to make whatever time she has left, just a little easier. If that could be for private medicines, her family to stay close by, or just to take the pressure of mortgage payments off for whatever time she has left.

Despite everyone’s prayers, and the doctors best efforts, the cancer is aggressive, spreading and has already reached her brain.

Every moment is precious, so any penniesyou can give, will help take the pressure off worrying about bills etc, and help her to spend some precious time with her family.

 

This page is for a young, beautiful family, who should have their lives ahead of them, yet are instead going through the toughest and most heartbreaking time, that could happen to any of us.
