We are the organizers of the No Kings 3.0 nonviolent protest scheduled for March 28 in Durham, North Carolina. Having successfully coordinated the previous No Kings events, we are committed to ensuring that this upcoming demonstration is well-organized, safe, and accessible for all participants.

Based on feedback and lessons learned from prior events, we are focusing on improving several key areas, including sound quality, adequate restroom facilities, availability of water, and on-site safety resources.

Our projected expenses are as follows:

$2,000 – Professional sound system to accommodate approximately 10,000 people.

$2,000 – $2,500 – Portable restroom rentals

$500 – Water (approximately 2,000 bottles)

$200 – Safety supplies (first aid kits and related equipment)

Following the event, we will provide a transparent accounting of all expenditures. Any remaining funds will not be retained; instead, donors will be contacted via email and invited to vote on a charitable organization to receive the surplus.
