Help for Courtney Walton and her boys family

Okay here’s a summary. Courtney is a single mom of two little boys, and she is their  only income. She get child support, but it’s only $70.00 a month. Gage just turned 5and Gavin is 3 .Gage has  gone about two and a half years with intermittent fevers. No doctor was able to tell mom why it was happening. He was admitted to Akron children’s Boardman when he was 2 and they ruled it as a viral infection and sent them home. The fevers continued, very high fevers at that. Finally his pediatrician referred him to an immunologist who suggested they  try a boost on one of his vaccines, so they  did. & it helped and they went just about a year without a fever, then they came back. Now he experienced leg pain with every fever. No other symptoms or explanation to his fevers. They have made several ER trips when they  couldn’t get his temp to come down, like last time they told Courtney  it was viral. The fevers were still occurring. His pediatrician instructed mom  to take him to Cleveland Rainbow Babies, so she  did after seeing several teams of doctors they still had no answers and  were sent home. The fevers continued and his pediatrician then referred him to a rheumatologist through the Cleveland Clinic. Mind you Dr. Zeft (the rheumatologist) is the ONLY doctor who has actually listened to Courtney  and actually seemed interested in Gages fevers. Most of the rheumatological issues were ruled out as he didn’t display the correct criteria for an accurate diagnosis. Last Tuesday Gage was fevering except this time was different. He was screaming that his back hurt so Courtney  contacted Dr. Zefts office and he personally called her  back and felt it would be best to bring him up to Cleveland Clinic so they could do another work up on him to see if they could figure it out. He had SEVERAL tests done and everything was coming back normal...EVERYTHING. Finally the doctor assigned to his case with the primary team decided he wanted to do a PET scan and CT of his entire body to see if anything would come up on that, and something did. It revealed that Gage has 4 areas on his right lung. One of which is a mass right along his chest wall. They are unsure if this finding is coincidental or if it relates to his fevers at this time. Monday Feb 25th they are going to preform a surgery to get a biopsy of the tissue that is along the chest wall. They wanted to try and get it simply by a needle through the chest, but after discussing the procedure amongst several different teams of doctors they decided that because of how small he is they won’t be able to do it that way. Which makes the surgery a lot more risky. They are going to deflate his right lung and they are going to flush the lung with fluid and suck it all back out in an attempt to obtain cells from the other three areas and they are going to go in with a scope to obtain a piece from the mass along the chest wall. Depending on what they find when they get in there determines if they will have to actually cut him open. While in surgery they are going to place a chest tube that will remain there for a few days to help eliminate drainage from his lung. He will then be placed in the PICU until he is stable enough to come back to the regular peds floor. It will take 24-48 hours for the results of the biopsy and then a treatment plan. We are unsure of the road that lies ahead of us or how long we will be here. With all of that being said Courtney has occurred several expenses and loss of pay. She has all of the normal household bills plus has spent hundreds of dollars in fuel, food and parking. Courtney is a sweet humble mother who is trying not to fear for her child, is missing her other child and didnt ask for this page I asked her permission in order to help this young mom out. She and her family needs more than our prayers if we can . No amount is to small. It's our job as Christans to do what we can for one another.
