Honoring the Memory of Daniel Megahey

Join us for a 5-a-side fundraiser tournament in aid of the Galway Hospice Foundation

The Galway Hospice, supports patients from Galway, Mayo and Roscommon needing palliative care to attain the best quality of life possible. Daniel spent his final few months being looked after by the incredible care workers. These volunteers enable the Hospice Foundation to continue providing care for those and their families who need it.

Daniel was a great fan of football, with a major love for the game - especially his favourite football club, Liverpool. He played with both Knocknacarra FC and Salthill Devon for the majority of his life. He also enjoyed a kickabout, and frequently played 5 a sides.

On the Bank Holiday Weekend of the 29th of October coming, join us in remembering Dan and celebrating his life and love for football.

Teams of 7 can enter, and entry is €10 per player. Teams can register by publically donating with their team name and messaging the page with a list of members.

All proceeds from this fundraiser go to the Galway Hospice Foundation.
