On April 1 2022, Sav Holmes and Kaylee Wilcox will set out on a 1000KM trek through the Okanagan Valley (Kayak + Bike), to support survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse.
"Once I met the co-founders of UGrowGirl - Leha Marshall and Crystal Wood - I was hooked. I knew if I was going to pursue another ultra event, I would dedicate it to them and their #TimeToHeal retreat."
By donating 60% of all profits made, UGrowGirl will gift the #TimeToHeal retreat to survivors of childhood sexual abuse, providing a sacred opportunity for women to come and heal ... together.
The 5-day 4-night retreat will be packed with a buffet of healing modalities, including equine therapy, 40 hours of professional counseling, somatic release, and more.
"The need is rampant. The retreat is ready. But the funds are missing. Our hope is through the #TherapeuoThousand we can raise the remaining balance and give the first 12 survivors this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to heal."
