Teaching in Kenya

Kenya! Hi Everyone, I am so blessed to have this opportunity to go back to Kenya. As some of you already know I had the chance to go to Kenya last January with Messiah College on a Cross Cultural. I went on this trip knowing that I was going to experience a lot of new things, but nothing could have prepared me for what I experienced. Kenya blessed my life in so many ways, and since I left I have not stopped thinking about it for a minute. I feel very strongly that God is calling me back to Kenya, and when this opportunity came up to go back with International Volunteer HQ I could not turn it down.
You probably want to know what I am going to be doing over in Kenya. Well, I am going to be staying in a Maasai tribe and teaching in a primary school for two months. I will be immersing myself in the culture, and hopefully reconnecting with some of the people that touched my heart while I was previously in Kenya.
