Our Goal is to buyout 2 showtimes of Black Panther so families who can not afford to see the film can come watch it for free!!
This summer I was fortunate enough to work with Athletes in Action and Urban Project Los Angeles. I spent 3 weeks with the children of Nickerson Gardens and while there I learned more from the kids than I think I ever taught them.
As a thank you, my brother and I have decided to raise money to allow kids and families Nickerson Gardens and surrounding communities to see the Black Panther film for free.
This is more than just a film, this is an opportunity for our young Kings and Queens to see powerful and positive Black representation on the big screen. It is our hope that the youth leave this film inspired to uncover their creativity within and explore the endless possibilities of what it means to be Black. There is no limit on the impact a movie can have on a child and we would like to eliminate any barriers that would prevent that experience. If nothing else we hope provide them with a couple of hours to enjoy themselves and be entertained.
Thank you for your consideration and Donation!
