Baby Lorenzo

Hey guys..
My nephew Lorenzo LaDuca is going to be 6 months old on August 10th. On July 29th Lorenzo was rushed to Strong’s Golisano Children’s Hospital. It turned out that he had MRSA, a severe bacterial infection in his eye socket and blood. He has been in the hospital for the past week and we are not exactly sure when he will be released. After Lorenzo’s surgery his road to recovery will be long and will most likely require Tiffany to stay home from work. My sister is a Phlebotomist for Strong but due to the fact that she hasn’t worked there for a year she fails to qualify for FMLA. They’re not entirely sure how Lorenzo’s recovery process is going to go post discharge but my sister is going to need to take time off of work to care for him. My family has never been the type to ask for much help in any way but I have seen how strong my sister has been and I see how stressed she’s going to be in the time coming. We are hoping to raise donations to offset his medicals bills and to ease the financial burden that this severe infection has caused for Tiffany and Nick.
