Let Taiwan Help 2024

(English version below)

The Voice of Taiwan Kiddos: Taiwanese youth living in Switzerland and Europe

We are Taiwan Kiddos, a group of young people studying in Europe who are interested in all international concerns, especially public health. We look forward to returning to the WHO event on May 26th in Geneva. However, because students have limited means, we require your contribution to support our efforts.

Public health is a fundamental human right. However, due to pressure from the People's Republic of China, Taiwanese people have been barred from joining the WHO (World Health Organisation) for many years. We believe that everyone, regardless of race, gender, or nationality, has a right to public health. We participated in the WHO Walk a Talk event last year to demonstrate our commitment to public health issues. We also delivered several street speeches to nearby communities and the broader public to emphasise that WHO cannot neglect or overlook Taiwanese people's health. Furthermore, the Taiwanese government and any connected specialist groups have assisted the globe in combating COVID-19 during the pandemic, such as by distributing masks, participating in vaccination development, sharing experiences, and so on. As a result, we must remember that Taiwanese people are global citizens since we have the ability and desire to help with public health.

"Include Taiwan" serves as both our slogan and goal. Taiwan can assist with more than simply public health concerns. On a global scale, for example, Taiwan produces more than 90% of the most advanced chips. In other words, the world cannot function without Taiwan. As a result, peace across the Taiwan Strait means world peace. "Include Taiwan" strengthens international ties and promotes global peace. Everyone is a global citizen, including the Taiwanese.

Thank you for reading this information. If you agree with our vision and would like to support our efforts, we would appreciate a small payment.

However, if you don't have the means to donate to our events, sharing this information would also be wonderful!
