Yes! It’s happening.

I turn 50 this year and wanted to do something special — to thank all the amazing people in my life, to recommit to giving back, and to reconnect with music, spirit, heart, and spunk for another 50 years.

So, I’m playing my first live show in two decades.

No pressure! As someone said to me yesterday, “Well, if you fall flat on your face, so what?” Um, not exactly the can-do spirit I’d like to exemplify, but seriously… so what?! Let’s do this.

It wouldn’t be me if I didn’t loop in fundraising somehow, and voila — here it is. My goal is to raise $5,000 for two charities that are near and dear to me.

One is St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which among other things just help my incredible 15-yea-old niece Sierra triumph over brain cancer. Holy crap are they amazing! 

My goal is to record the show and send it to everyone who donates, with my sincere thanks.
