Together, we can give one more family a safe home.
We’re raising funds to build a safe and secure home for a rural Cambodian family in need — and we’re doing it as part of the Angkor Wat International Half Marathon on December 7 in Siem Reap!

This milestone project will be the 150th home built by the Cambodia Rural Students Trust (CRST), a student-led NGO that’s transforming lives through education and community service.

Who We Are
Founded in 2011, Cambodia Rural Students Trust (CRST) works to break the poverty cycle through education. Guided by our three pillars — Education, Empowerment, and Inspiration — we provide quality education and leadership development to Cambodian youth, empowering them to become future leaders who give back to their communities.

Every year, our 100 scholarship students lead social impact projects that reach over 20,000 rural students - overseeing the installation of water and sanitation equipment in rural schools, leading health and hygiene workshops, planting trees, building houses and distributing solar study lights across Cambodia.

The Mission
This December, 50 CRST students, along with our founding family from Melbourne and supporters from around the world, will walk and run the Angkor Wat Half Marathon to raise funds to build a new home for a rural family living in extreme poverty, in just one day.
The home will be built entirely by our students, reflecting our belief in students helping students, and students uplifting communities.
How Your Support Helps
Your donation will directly fund:
  • Family needs assessment and project planning
  • Building materials (wood, zinc, nails, and tools)
  • Meals and transportation for student volunteers on build day
  • Welcome home package including food and hygiene supplies for the family

Every step our students take on December 7 will be for this cause — and every contribution you make brings us closer to making this 150th home a reality.

Together, we can build more than a house.
We can build hope, dignity, and a future.

Thank you for your kindness and support!
