50 for Attwood

Im Running (Run/Walking) 50 miles in a day for my friend Chris Attwood. An inspiration in running for many years and now an inspiration for life in general. Please support me and Chris in addition.

Chris's Story started a year ago at London Marathon where he became ill on the course and unfortunately ended up in Hospital. With some complications and a long time in hospital. Chris is now at home carrying on with his ongoing recovery. Chris's story inspired our whole running club to help raise money in support of the places that helped Chris along his journey.

  • Worcester Acute Stroke Ward - A dedicated hospital team providing immediate, specialist care for stroke patients in the critical hours and days following a stroke. Working to minimise damage and support Recovery.
  • Community Stroke team - A supportive outreach service helping stroke survivors rebuild their independence and confidence at home, offering ongoing rehabilitation and guidance throughout their journey.
Please take the time to read Chris's story further below.

Chris has always been supportive to any person he has met and he has inspired me in all terms of running and social interaction since we met. Please support us any way you possibly can.

Thank you all.
