It has taken all of us a couple days to process, and it will take a lifetime to heal. On Father's Day, the world lost one of the most infectious and charismatic individuals it has ever known. Eric McLeod was known by many as a friend, a coworker, a father, a son, a cousin, an uncle, a grandson, and a brother. Eric was truly larger than life, never backing down from a challenge or opportunity to live to the fullest. His big blue eyes and even bigger dimples won the hearts and friendship of many. His ability to bring a story to life was second to none. You could always count on him for a laugh (probably from an inappropriate story with too many expletives).
Eric had struggled with an opiate addiction for many years. The struggled ended on June 16. Leaving behind many unanswered questions and broken hearts. As we all grieve the loss of this dynamic soul, many have asked for a way to contribute. The one who has missed out most during Eric's struggle, is his daughter, Ava. She is a beautiful 6 year old that shares her father's big blue eyes and contagious dimples. If you would like to contribute, we are starting this fund to support her in her future endeavors and education. These funds will be saved and invested to help her reach her dreams and goals.
Thank you for your prayers, support, and thoughtfulness during this difficult time.
With love,
Eric's Family
