Hello, my name is Roshelee Buggan, and I’m so grateful that you’ve taken a moment to read my story.

My husband and I are both from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica — one of the areas hardest hit by Category 5 Hurricane Melissa. The storm left our family homes in Middlesex and Balaclava without roofs, flooded entire communities, and destroyed crops and essential household items. What once was a peaceful rural community is now facing immense hardship, with many families struggling to meet even their basic daily needs.

We’re raising funds to help our families and neighbors rebuild and recover. Every dollar will go directly toward essential relief items, including;

Non-perishable food and clean drinking water

Hygiene supplies and basic medications

Solar lanterns, clothing, and bedding

Cooking equipment and school supplies for children
