It’s Time to Declare Our Independence. Again!

My name is Francisco, and I am a lifelong independent registered voter. I have spent my life working to find ways for our country to tear down walls and build bridges into the hearts and minds of my fellow Americans. I deeply believe that the answer lies in our ability to be independent in thought and action, so we can make the best decisions for ourselves, our country, and our children's future.

I don’t consider myself a Republican, Democrat, conservative, liberal, progressive, or any other label that others might try to assign to me. I am an American. My father fought in the Korean War, and my two brothers have served honorably for over 30 years combined. No one defines me—I define me.

I firmly believe that the only ones who can save our Union, democracy, and constitutional Republic are independent registered voters. That is why I am fundraising for the "Occupy Washington" independent registered voter movement.

Because Occupy Washington (OW ) and the Ultimate Empowered Citizen Initiative (UEC) aren’t about resistance or protest. They are not against anyone—they are for independence, unity, and America.

Our mission is simple: unite 100 million independent voters by July 4th, 2025, and reshape how we do politics, elections, and governance—respectfully, honestly, and transparently.

This independent movement is about more than just voting—it’s about empowering Citizens with the tools and knowledge to take action. The programs we’re building are the foundation of this transformation:

UEC Academy A fact-based certification program that equips citizens with a deeper understanding of history, civics, and their rights. Knowledge is power, and this program ensures every voter is informed and ready to lead.

UEC Voice : A town hall-style platform for independent, nonpartisan news and communication. It’s a space where every voice matters, free from party agendas, fostering real dialogue and connection.

UEC Citizen Satisfaction Index : A data-driven initiative to track voter satisfaction and government accountability. This ensures leaders serve the people—not party interests—by holding them accountable to public sentiment.

UEC People Have Spoken Mandate : A grassroots platform that amplifies independent voters’ opinions on policies and legislation. This ensures that independent voices shape the nation’s future loud and clear.
