Dilan Lara-Dialisys/KidneyTransplant

Hello my name is, Dilan Lara, I'm 23 years of age and I do Dialisys I started Dialisys at the age of 9 and ever since I've been doing Dialisys for the past 14 years the solution for my problems is a kidney transplant but its to much for me to afford so therefore I'm asking for your help so I can at least pay for my medicine while I do Dialisys or to have studies for a possible Kidney transplant.. I work at least 2 times a week when I can because there's days i cant go work because of my high blood pressure so please I ask for you to help me out I'm not asking for much....
