Hey everyone! For those who don’t know me, hi! My name is soleil newland and I am a nurse at at the St. Cloud hospital. I absolutely love my job for many reasons but the main reason is being able to help people when they do not have someone to lean on.

When I was in nursing school, I went on a transcultural trip to Ecuador to provide healthcare to those who could not afford it or did not have access to it. This was a life changing experience that I knew I wanted to do again.

By the grace of God, the opportunity has come again to head back to Ecuador to provide care to those communities in January of 2026. As I have been a nurse now for 2 years I feel my heart being pulled back to these wonderful people and knowing I have the ability to help them more than I could before makes my heart fill with joy.

I have set up a gofundme to help with the travel funds as well as money for supplies for us to give to those in need at our pop up clinics such as medications, toothbrushes, feminine produces and so on.
