Pray for Trey
Donation protected
Hello friends and family. I am calling on my community because I know what a force we are when we come together and I need your help.
My lifelong best friends, Brandy & Steve, received a call the morning of January 11 that their 16-year-old son lost control of his vehicle after hitting some water on a turn while on his way to work. His truck ran off the roadway landing in some trees and caught fire. He was pulled from the vehicle, took 4 steps and collapsed as the flames engulfed the mangled metal. He was rushed to Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida where he was admitted into the ICU. Parts of his lower vertebrae exploded and the pain he is experiencing is unimaginable. By the grace of God, he can wiggle his toes and is awaiting surgery. They are still determining how much damage has been done but the road to recovery will be long.
As a parent, this is one of my greatest fears. I held Trey when he was just a baby, went to his birthday parties and have watched closely as he has grown into the most caring, gentle and selfless young man I know. He needs our love and support.
With his family by his side, I want to rally and raise money to cover the expenses of life. Family is the only thing that matters and Brandy has taken a leave of absence to be by her boy. Statement Peace will be kicking off this fundraiser with a $500 donation. Every little bit helps and I am asking you to help me help this family, my family.
This community is so special and we are so powerful. We have overcome so much and we did that by joining forces and coming together. Hold space for this young boy and his family, send healing vibes and think happy thoughts. Everything helps and your donation matters.
Hold your babies extra close and tell the people you love how much you love them. Life is fragile.
no raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, or returns on investment are offered in exchange for any donations made.
Humbled + Grateful.
