Hi, my name is Nelly Friedel and I am looking to help my brother-in-law and sister, Mike and Tina Thompson, who have been watching their Baby Boy, Karson, go through numerous brain Surgeries to remove a cyst in his head. Karson is a 1-year old handsome young man that has gone through so much in his short life, thus far, however he is a true fighter and refuses to give up.
