Orozco Family

Hi everyone, my name is Jackie, and I am coming on behalf of my family. This past Tuesday morning on March 14th my aunt, Cristina Orozco, was murdered by her own husband in a domestic abuse incident in San Jose, CA.

Thankfully my mother (Cristina’s sister), decided to take custody of her three nephews to prevent them from being put in the foster care system. Without her, they likely would have been split apart during a very vulnerable period of their lives.

Now, however, my mother, who is a single woman in the Bay Area, will need to take care of 3 children.

My aunt Cristina had always expressed the desire to be buried with her family in Mexico, and we want to do anything we can to make sure that happens.

This is where I come to any of you and humbly ask for any assistance possible. My family and I are asking for money to help fund:

1 - Transportation: To have my aunt Cristina’s kids flown down to Mexico to attend their mother’s funeral.

2 - Housing support: To help my mother, the new guardian, have some funds to create a new living arrangement (kick start a new household).

3 - General expenses: Having funds to cloth, feed, house, and take care of any medical and mental health services needed for my 3 cousins.

The intent of this go fund me is to help my mother (the new guardian), kickstart her and my cousins new lives. Any help will be greatly and deeply appreciated.
