Dear Woodside Elementary School 4th & 6th grade parents,

Pete and I were made aware of a situation of one of our fellow 4th& 6th grade families today and were moved to reach out to all of you in case anyone is also inclined and able to help.  

Vito DiCarlo's family has fallen on some tough times and sadly lost their housing recently. They are currently staying at Haven House (a.k.a. InnVision Shelter Networks / Life Moves) which is a non-profit in Menlo Park that helps families to get back on their feet).

Vito's mother, Erica is a newly single mother struggling to raise 4 children (Vito has an older sister in 6th grade at WES and two younger siblings including a 1 year old), hold a job, and save enough money for everything they need.  

Haven House is working closely with Erica to help give her the skills, training, and a path to self reliance but a little help never hurts. 

In respect to Erica, please be discrete with the information above and give Vito & Ana a high five if you see him to make sure they know they are loved. 

This GoFundMe Campaign is to go directly to Erica to help her get back on her feet.
