Action For Homeless 24 hour fundraiser

As we enter the warmer months of summer, Action for Homeless have to plan ahead for the coming autumn and winter months.

So on Thursday 26th June we will again be asking you to support our '24 hours on the street ' fund raiser.

My name is Martin Atherton and I am the founding Director of AFHL and I'll be spending the day in the city visiting homeless services available to our street homeless and end the day sleeping out on the city street. I will hopefully be giving updates through out the day on Facebook..

It's will be a glimpse into the harsh reality of life for those facing street homelessness.

This is a vital fundraiser for us as it will enable our team to continue our work into the coming winter months. We are grateful for anything you can offer and for caring for our vulnerable citizens.
