Hello,

My name is Bec & I’m one of four sisters.

One of my sisters is going through an extreme ordeal with her insurance company regarding issues within her bathrooms.

They are refusing to payout their misdiagnoses and refusing to take responsibility for their damage.

My sister (a single mother), niece & nephews life has been in disarray for about two years, impacting their mental health. And due to mould issues the bathroom issues have created, a lot of furniture needs to be replaced also. More so when my niece is allergic to mould. My sister herself has been sleeping in her lounge room for almost a year.

I have watched her remain strong for her children throughout all the hardship & helped out where I can. I can’t do anymore. As what will actually create change in their circumstance is money to finish the repairs in their house.

I know so many people are doing it tough and asking for financial help feels strange. But I don’t know what else to do.
